A Toolbox for These Times

Join us for a 6 week online course with Elizabeth Astor.

About the Course

How do you grow your capacity to surf the growing waves of intensity around you?

How do you stay present, compassionate and sane during these challenging times we find ourselves in?

How do you express the most capable and present version of yourself in all your daily life situations?

These topics and more are what we will explore in this upcoming course. We will be practicing using an extensive but concise toolbox to help you live your life as a wholehearted human being, with more capacity and peace.

I do not believe that things will be getting easier on our planet and in our society any time soon, and I see that there is a need for us to learn how to stay present, kind and loving towards ourselves and others. We all need practices to help us actually de-stress and stay connected to ourselves. It is not a skill that many of us know in our society and time.

We are here to heal, we are here to grow, and most of all to become the fullest and most beautiful expression of ourselves possible. Let’s do what we came here to do by learning the ways we can stay bright and loving in an ever-changing world!

What to Expect

Each session will include:

  • A talk and practice period around a particular skillset.
  • A guided meditation, covering some aspect of body-mind centering, self-connection, compassion, de-stressing or grounding exercises.
  • Class material that is designed to be applicable in your daily life, relationships, and proven by current neuroscience research to be effective.
  • An opportunity to discuss, question and explore as a group.
  • Some classes will include downloadable documents with notes and guidelines for the practices taught, for you to keep and practice with.

By the end of this series, when the inevitable waves of intensity in life arise, you will have a bigger toolbox to navigate and come through them with more centeredness, open-heartedness and skill.

Of all of the people in my life, I feel most seen and supported by Elizabeth. She listens to, intuits, and understands her clients at a very deep spiritual, physical, as well as psychological level.  Elizabeth has supported me in listening to and following my own intuition and inner knowing, and has helped me become more whole, present and well. Her work is powerful, profoundly helpful, and healing. She has had extensive training in many different healing modalities, as well as meditation and spiritual study, and she brings all of this experience to her patients and teachings in very accessible ways.  She is a very grounded, down to earth and relatable human who practices and implements all of the techniques she uses to support her clients in her roles as a powerful healer, spiritual teacher and mother.  Elizabeth has been my primary support for recovering from multiple chronic physical issues, as well as through divorce and family of origin issues, and has helped me learn how to better ground and nourish myself in all my roles at home and at work. She nourishes my psychological and spiritual growth and continues to support my life in many profound and unexpected ways. I consider Elizabeth to be one of my greatest teachers.
