As is allowed for Acupuncturists under the new orders here in Boulder, I will be open to start treating patients in my clinic again this coming week, with the necessary precautions. You are most welcome and encouraged to continue to do Zoom sessions with me from your home if you prefer.

For those of you who would like to return to in-person sessions, please see below.
Whichever you choose, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance about which form of treatment you will be wanting.

I will also be in touch with some of you about changing your appointment times slightly, as I adjust to making time for managing the added safety measures I am implementing.

Recognizing that we are all tired of long lists of dos and don’ts, here is a brief summary of the precautions I will be taking to create as safe an in-office experience as possible for all of us.

For In Person sessions, I will be:
– Wearing a mask.
– Changing into clean clothes once I arrive at the office.
– Wiping down surfaces and disinfecting between each patient I see.
– Taking my own temperature every day.
– Spacing treatments out so that I have time to disinfect between patients.
– Washing my hands every time I come in and out of the treatment room, and sanitizing my hands throughout the session.
– Removing extra table padding to ease disinfection of the table, and covering the chair that you will sit in with a clean sheet.
– Putting an infrared heat lamp on the table in between patients to help disinfect (in addition to changing the table and pillow coverings).
– Keeping the window open for ventilation, or if A/C is being used, the air will be circulated through two HEPA filters.

For In Person sessions, I will need You to:
– Wait outside until 5 minutes before your appointment time, to minimize close contact with others in the office waiting room.
– Wear a mask throughout our entire session and while in the building.
– Wash your hands as soon as you enter the waiting area.
– Check your temperature on the forehead upon your arrival, at the station we have created by the door. If your temperature is above 99 degrees I cannot treat you.
– Please do not come into the office if: you have traveled in the last 2 weeks, you have any symptoms of any kind, or you think you might have been recently exposed to someone who is sick.

It is a time of immense change for all of us. Whether in person or continuing on zoom, I look forward to our work together and to supporting you in your health and wellbeing.

Thank you. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have about all of this.

Of all of the people in my life, I feel most seen and supported by Elizabeth. She listens to, intuits, and understands her clients at a very deep spiritual, physical, as well as psychological level.  Elizabeth has supported me in listening to and following my own intuition and inner knowing, and has helped me become more whole, present and well. Her work is powerful, profoundly helpful, and healing. She has had extensive training in many different healing modalities, as well as meditation and spiritual study, and she brings all of this experience to her patients and teachings in very accessible ways.  She is a very grounded, down to earth and relatable human who practices and implements all of the techniques she uses to support her clients in her roles as a powerful healer, spiritual teacher and mother.  Elizabeth has been my primary support for recovering from multiple chronic physical issues, as well as through divorce and family of origin issues, and has helped me learn how to better ground and nourish myself in all my roles at home and at work. She nourishes my psychological and spiritual growth and continues to support my life in many profound and unexpected ways. I consider Elizabeth to be one of my greatest teachers.
